Directions: For Hot Tea: In a cup, slowly pour boiling water over one tea bag and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. For Iced Tea: Use one teabag per glass. Pour 1/3 of a cup of boiling water. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Remove teabag. For a sweeter taste, use organic honey or sugar. Fill with ice cubes. Stir and enjoy! Note: This tea is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
