Grace Corned Beef

  • 1 pint(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 12 ounce(s) Irish potato
  • 1 ounce(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 2 ounce(s) onions, small diced
  • 1 ounce(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper
  • 4 ounce(s) tomato, small diced
  • 1/4 packet(s) Grace Fresh n’ Ready Green Sweet Peppers
  • 1 can(s) Grace Corned Beef, 12 oz.
  • 2 ounce(s) water
  • 2 ounce(s) Grace Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Grace Corned Beef Hash # 1 Directions

  1. In a sauce pot add 1 pint of water and salt to taste.   Allow water to come to a boil.
  2. Add the potato to the boiling water, cover the pot and allow them to cook until fork tender.  Drain, remove and set aside.
  3. In a sauce pot add oil and heat over medium flame; add onion, garlic and hot pepper.  Saute for 2 minutes then add tomato and sweet pepper, continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add corned beef, potato, water, ketchup, salt and black pepper, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
